Library

The department is having a Department Library to cater the demands of both students and the staff. The department library stores all the previous B Tech Project Reports, books donated by faculty, students and others, and books purchased by the department. There are about 200 textbooks pertaining to various fields of metallurgical engineering.

As the recent trends in utilizing the computers for educational resources has improved, this department established its own E-library with the help of faculty and many other outside sources. Since then this has become the major source of acquiring knowledge by the faculty as well as the students. Various text books and handbooks are available worth about 33 GB of memory.
